I was at first rather taken aback at the idea of "god pj's". Then I was chuckling over the dolls. But your last link was enough to make me laugh outloud. Too funny.
Anyways, there are several things that frighten me and this pajama kind of thing is one of them.
This is so something that my mother would have done had they been available back then.
Actually it's almost a miracle she didn't sew these up herself, she must have been too busy torturing Dad.
Not that he didn't deserve it and then some.
While they were not pajamas, she did get the opportunity to cloak us in capes and call us Guadalupanitas...remember?
I still have nightmares.
