- Find a random woman on the street.

- Repeat until one meets the 12th woman — she will be the most beautiful woman in Italy.

A much better method than my "You can't throw a rock in Italy without hitting the most beautiful woman you've ever seen" theory. Italian women get mighty arrabbiata when you throw rocks at them. Especially the pretty ones.
